psql:error: could not stat file "D:/xxx.txt": Unknown error

During the import into the PostgreSQL database when loading data into a table the following message arises: “psql:error: could not stat file “D:/xxx.txt”: Unknown error”.

• PostgreSQL utility (psql.exe) of 11 version is not able to read the file with the data that is greater than 1GB (is a bug).

• Install previous version of psql and PgAdmin, for example 10 version.

• Another workaround is to use “Divide Data File Into Parts” option in the SQLWays Wizard tool. In this option you can specify the size of the data files that will be generated during the conversion.
